This study aims to determine the effect of: leadership, work environment and motivation on job satisfaction of Civil Servants at the office of the Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Sungai Penuh City simultaneously and partially and to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation on job satisfaction Civil Servants in the office of Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Sungai Penuh City simultaneously and partially. This research is a causality descriptive study. The population of this study were all Civil Servants in the Sungai Penuh City Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) office, outside the head of the Sungai Penuh City Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) office. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: Leadership influences job satisfaction, this is evidenced by t arithmetic> t table (3,161> 2,03452). The work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, this is evidenced by t arithmetic> t table (2,257> 2,03452). Motivation affects work satisfaction, this is evidenced by t count> t table (3,173> 2,03452). There is a simultaneous influence between Leadership, Work Environment and Motivation on Civil Servants' job Satisfaction in the office of the Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of the City Full river, this is evidenced by F arithmetic> F table (14,388> 2,89). The magnitude of the influence of Leadership, Work Environment and Motivation on the Satisfaction of Civil Servants in the office of the Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Sungai Penuh City is 56,7%. While the rest (100% - 56,7%), which is 43,3% is explained by other causative factors not examined in this study.
