Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

This research aims to study the Human Relations and Work Quality on Police Performance at Polres Kerinci. The formulation of the problem proposed is: Are Human Relations and Quality of Work Needed on Police Performance both partially and simultaneously? How big is the effect of human relations and quality of work on police performance both partially and simultaneously? Where the results of the study are based on the analysis of the independent variable Human Relations Against Police Performance, then the value of t count Human Relations is 1.622 (sig 5%> t table 1.988), thus there is no significant effect between Human Relations Against Police Performance. Next based on the table. Human Relations To Police Performance of 0.178 or 17.8%. Furthermore, the independent variable Work Quality Against Police Performance, where the t value of Work Quality is 4.241 (sig 5% <t table 1.989), thus there is no significant effect between Work Quality on Police Performance. Furthermore, based on the coefficient table it is known that the influence of Work Quality on Police Performance is 0.428 or 42.8%. While the independent variables Human relations, Work Quality Against Police Performance, where the value of F calculated Human relations, Work Quality of 7.456 and F Table 2.48 (7.456> 2.48), thus there is no significant effect between Human Relations, Work Quality Against Police Performance. Furthermore, based on the Summary table, it is known that the influence of Human Relations, Work Quality on Police Performance is 0.189 or 18.9%.
