Analysis of Permenpan Number 42 of 2018 concerning Transfer of Functional Positions at the Inspectorate of Kerinci Regency. With the Formulation of Problems What is the Process of the Functional Position Transfer Procedure through Inpassing at the Inspectorate of Kerinci Regency. And the purpose of this research is to find out how the process of Functional Position Transfer Procedure through Inpassing at the Inspectorate of Kerinci Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, where the research method is to use a descriptive method which is used to provide an overview of the implementation of PP no. 42 of 2018. From the results of research using this method it is known that the transfer of structural positions to functional positions through minimum inpassing of education for the transfer of structural positions to functional positions is based on the functional position category, the minimum qualification for education with a diploma is the lowest high school or equivalent, while the lowest skill category is compulsory. S1 certified. The transfer of structural positions to functional positions through inpassing in work experience for at least 2 years has been able to manage structural positions to functional positions. To apply for inspassing from a structural position to a functional position, a competency test is conducted by the agency.
