Abstract

                                                          ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of employee motivation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction at the BPJS Kesehatan office in Kerinci regency. Based on the results of research and discussion of the Effect of Employee Motivation on Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction at the BPJS Kesehatan Office of Kerinci Regency, it can be concluded as follows : Y = 52,953 + 0.299 + 0.319 X2. 1. Positive constant value 52,953 Likewise the coefficient of Employee Work Motivation Variable (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) respectively positive 0.299 and positive 0.319, it can be interpreted that Employee Work Motivation Against Organizational Commitment (X2) With Job Satisfaction at the Office BPJS Kesehatan Kerinci Regency will increase (Y). 2. The t-count for the Motivation variable (X1) is 2.267 (? = 005), then the t-count is 2.267> t-table 2.026, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that Employee Work Motivation Against Employee Organizational Commitment With Job Satisfaction As In the Office BPJS Kesehatan Kerinci Regency. Then the Variable for Organizational Commitment (X2) is 2.682 (? = 005) then the t-count is 2.682> 2.026 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Employee Work Motivation (X1) Against Organizational Commitment (X2) With Job Satisfaction (Y) In BPJS Kesehatan Kerinci Regency Office. 3. F count is 11,946 with a significant level of 0.00 F count (? = 0.05; db regression = 2; db residual 38)> F table 11,946> 0.00 so with a significant value less than 0.05 (0,000 < 0.005), it can be concluded that Employee Work Motivation (X1) Organizational Commitment (X2) has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at BPJS Kesehatan Kerinci Regency Office (Y). 4.  F count is 13.576 with a significant level of 0.00 F count (? = 0.05; db regression = 2; db residual 38)> F table 13.576> 0.00 so with a significant value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.005), it can be concluded that Employee Work Motivation (X1) Organizational Commitment (X2) has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the BPJS Kesehatan Office of Kerinci Regency (Y). 5. The value of R Squre above will be changed in percent form to find out how much the contribution of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation of Employees to Employee Performance at the BPJS Kesehatan Office of Kerinci Regency. The value of R Squre is 0.298 if the percentage is 29.8%, it means that the amount of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation of Employees on Employee performance at the BPJS Kesehatan Office of Kerinci Regency is 29.8% while the remaining is 70.2%. Influenced by the variables examined in this study.
