Abstract

Analysis of the Implementation  Structural Position Movements Conducted by the Government of Kerinci Regency in 2019 (Case Study at the Regional Civil Service Agency and Human Resources (BKPSDM)). With the Formulation of the Problem How is the implementation of structural position mutations carried out by the Kerinci district government in 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of structural position mutations carried out by the Kerinci regency regional government in 2019. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data obtained through field interviews guide to 5 informants referring to 4 reseach indicator,namely 1.Job analysis 2.The list of proposed transfers 3.The meeting of the baperjakat meeting 4. The regents approval and issued a decree . The conclusion of this research is that in implementing structural position mutations regarding job analysis, it has been carried out according to need and filling vacant positions according to educational background, structural position changes regarding the list of proposed transfers carried out in accordance with recommendations from regional heads and heads of offices in submitting names. -Name to occupy a certain position, and the process of implementing procedures for the inauguration of officials starting from the meeting of the consensus, proposals for names of candidates for officials who meet the requirements and are in accordance with the approval of the Kerinci Regent.
