With the research title Analysis of Land Certificate Making Services Through the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Kerinci Regency (Case Study in Koto Majidin Mudik, Air Warm District). The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the service of making land certificates through the implementation of  PTSL  in the village of Koto Majidin Mudik kec. Warm Water District. Kerinci. This research method that researchers use is a qualitative approach method where the data obtained through interviews in the field to 9 informants. Based on the results of interviews and direct observations to the village of Koto Majidin Mudik about the service of making land certificates through PTSL  with service procedures, completion time, service fees and facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine how the service of making land certificates in the village of Koto Majidin going home. The results of the interviews show that the service standards for making land certificates through the implementation of PTSL are based on the regulation of the head of the National Land Agency number 1/2010 concerning service standards. In carrying out the service process, there are still obstacles, namely there are still people who have not completed the requirements for making land certificates and for people whose economies are still classified as weak economies are unable to pay the administrative fees set by the village government and lack of communication provided. which hampers the process of making land certificates.
