Tittle. The influence of the quality of life and work environment on the Work Discipline in the Departement of Population and Civil Registry of Kerinci Regency. This study aims to see the direct effect of the work environtment (X1) and the quality of work-life (X2) on employee work discipline (Y). This research was conducted at the Departement of Population and Civil Registry of Kerinci Regency with the samples of 37 employees whe were taken by total sampling. The data analysis used was descriptive quantitative to explain the research data and research descriptions. The partial test results obtained by the value of Tcount (3.252) > Ttable (2.026) means that the quality of work-life has significant effect on the work discipline. Mainwhile, the Tcount for the work environtment variable (3.338)> T table (2.062). This condition showed that the work environtment can increase the level of employee work discipline. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it could be seen that the calculated Fvalue of work discipline is greater than the Ftable (3.252) so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that simultaneously there was a significant effect of the independent variables (quality of work-life and work environtment) on the variable (Work discipline) at the Population And Civil Registry Office of Kerinci Regency.
