Abstract

This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Siulak Gedang, Kerinci Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of waiting time and the attitude of officers on patient satisfaction at the Siulak Gedang Health Center, Kerinci Regency. The number of samples set was 42 respondents using the quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely Waiting Time and Attitude of Officers, while the dependent variable is patient satisfaction.

The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple linear shows that the waiting time variable affects patient satisfaction by 0.951 and the attitude of the officer affects patient satisfaction by 0.533, these two variables have a positive effect on patient satisfaction, and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 88.5% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study and 11.5% is explained by other factors outside this discussion.

And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously show that the dependent variable on the independent variable has a significant effect by using the t-test and f-test.
