Abstract

"This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Loyalty on Employee Performance at the Kantor Camat Gunung Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci. The formulation of the problem posed is: Is there an influence of Quality of Work Life and Loyalty on Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously? How big is the influence of Quality of Work Life and Loyalty on Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously? The results of the research are based on the results of the analysis of the Quality of Work Life variable on Employee Performance, where the t value is 2.684 with a significance value of 0.015 or t count 2.684> t table 2.093 means that the Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on employee performance. Then the loyalty to performance variable shows the t value of 2.533 with a significance value of 0.020 or t count 2.533> t table 2.093, so Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means that loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the variable Quality of Work Life and Loyalty to Employee Performance with an F value of 10,596 with a significance of 0.001 (0.005) or F count of 10,596> F table 3,490 So Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means quality of work life and loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. . Meanwhile, the influence of Quality of Work Life on employee performance is 27.45. Then the influence of loyalty on employee performance is equal to 25.25%. While the magnitude of the effect of Quality of Work Life and Loyalty on Employee Performance collectively is 0.527 or 52.7%..
