The Role of Empowerment in the Influence of Self-Efficacy and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance (Case Study at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City). This study aims to determine the direct effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on empowerment as an moderating variable in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. This is to determine the direct influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. To determine the direct effect of empowerment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. To determine the indirect effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance through empowerment as a role in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City.
This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. To analyze the effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on service quality through empowerment of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City in this study the authors use a quantitative approach. The pupils in this study were all employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City, totaling 51 samples in this study were all employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City totaling 51 people.
From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that indirectly that employee performance through empowerment has a significant effect on self-efficacy and organizational culture. This is because the value of Z> Z table obtained is 2,214> 1.96 with a significant 5%, it proves that employee performance on self-efficacy and organizational culture through empowerment is very good.
