Rizka Fadillal, 2020. This study aims to determine how population administration services in the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Service on validation of population data. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study used the interview and observation method, where interviews were conducted with 7 informants who were employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kerinci Regency and the Community of Kerinci Regency.
The findings of the research show that overall population administration services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kerinci Regency can be categorized as good, there are several aspects that have been well implemented, including: Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equal Rights, and Balance of Rights and Obligations. Good service implementation will get service reports that are good again / easy to understand, and can become a reference in policy making for the progress of a district government.
