Abstract

ABSTRACT 

”This study aims to determine Regional Autonomy and village Decentralization Towards Village Community Elmpowerment (Case Study of Desa Panca Mulya Kecamatan Sungai Bahar Kabupaten Muaro Jambi). The formulation of the problem proposed is: How Regional Autonomy and Village Decentralization Towards Village, Sungai Bahar Distruct, Muaro Jambi Regency). Human resource development is carried out by the efforts made by always involving community members in every village development activity. Then the economic growth is carried out by striving to increase the economic growth of the community by carriying out counseling and helping to make it easier for the community to get oil palm seeds and fertilizer. Furthermore, equitable development is carried out based on community needs and based on priority scale. In addition, equal distribution of use is carried out by taking into account the balance of physical development and community empowerment development. Likewise, empowerment is carried out by involving all potential communities in every village development activity.
