Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Government Policy in Granting Permit to Establish Small Industrial Business in Kerinci Regency,by using data collection techniques through a field study that is conducting direct interviews with employees of the Investment Office and Integrated Services of One Door Kerinci Regency and also interviews with several small industry entrepreneurs in Kerinci Regency, in addition to data collection interviews conducted also with direct observation of spaciousness in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Kerinci Regency so that researchers can see directly the process of licensing filed by business actors, in addition to that data collection is also done by reading documents that are related to the problem under study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research method was chosen because it is a research method that aims to describe the events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately about the phenomena that occur in the field. Based on the results of the study concluded, about how the Government's Policy in Granting Permit Establishing Small Industrial Business in Kerinci Regency is to establish the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door of Kerinci Regency which was formed based on Kerinci Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2016, where the one-stop integrated service delivery process or called one stop service which in principle this policy is the operation of licensing or non-licensing services whose process starts from the request until the issuance or issuance of a document is done in one place, so as to realize fast public services , cheap, easy, transparent, certain, and affordable.
