Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat. This study aims to determine the Effect of Division of Work and Management of Human Resources on Employee Performance. The number of samples determined was 95 respondents using the Quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely the Division of Work and Management of Human Resources, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis includes, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple linear can be seen that the variable division of labor affects employee performance by 0.232 (23.2%), human resource management affects employee performance by 0.423 (42.3%) both of these variables have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 21.6% of variations in the performance of pegwai can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study and 78.4% explained by other factors outside this discussion. The results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously that the dependent variable on the independent variable has a significant influence using the t-test and the f-test.
