This research was conducted at the department of population and civil registration in Kerinci district. This study aims to determine the effect of socialization and information technology on community satisfaction. The number of samples determined as many as 50 respondents using the quantitative method. as independent variables, namely socialization and information technology, while the dependent variable is community satisfaction. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple liners can be seen that the socialization variable affects community satisfaction by 0.349 (34.9%), information technology affects community satisfaction by 0.446 (44.6%), both variables have a positive effect on community satisfaction and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 36.9 The% variation in community satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study and 63.1% is explained by other factors outside this discussion. The results of hypothesis testing either partially or simultaneously show that the dependent variable on the independent variable has a significant effect using the t-test and f-test.
