This study aims to determine the effect of organizational restructuring on the performance of state civil servants at the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kerinci. The formulation of the problem posed is: Is there an Effect of Organizational Restructuring on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus? How Big is the Effect of Organizational Restructuring on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The results of his research are based on the results of the analysis of the variable Organizational Restructuring on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, where the t value is 2.512 (sig 5% <1.683), so Ho is rejected, which means that organizational restructuring affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Kerinci Regency Education Office. Meanwhile, the large effect of self-actualization on work performance is 0.483 or 48.3%. Then the effect of restructuring on performance is 0.307 or 30.7%. This shows that the restructuring variation can explain the variation (movement pattern) of the performance value of 30.7%.
