Abstract

"This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Moslow Abraham theory of hierarchy needs on improving employee performance at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Sungai Penuh. The research results are based on the results of the analysis where the t value of 3.869> t table 1,703. This means that the hierarchy theory needs Moslow Abraham influence on performance.
