ABSTRACT
The village as a unit of government organization dealing directly with the community with all backgrounds of interests and needs has a very strategic role. Because the progress of a country is basically very much determined by the progress of the village, because there is no developed country without developed provinces, there is no developed province without developed districts, and there is no developed district without developed villages and sub-districts. This means that the basis of a country's progress is determined by village progress. Village Fund to support all sectors in society, as well as to facilitate the government in carrying out government activities, development and empowerment of village communities, especially in making equity in financial management and accountability, as well as to encourage increased self-help community cooperation As mandated by Article 22 paragraph ( 1) letter b and paragraph (2) of Law Number 6 of 2014. It is necessary to have good management from the village government so that its implementation can be in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Village Fund Program itself. Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province is one of the regions that received this authority. After the division of Kerinci Regency into two autonomous regions, namely Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City in 2008. The Village Fund Managers in Air Warm District consisting of the Village Head, Village Financial Management Technical Implementers (PTPKD), and Village Treasurers are expected to understand and understand the management of the Village Fund. Which in the administration of government, especially in the management of village funds, needs to be re-evaluated so that it can be used as a guide in improving community welfare.
