Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of regional autonomy policies on the quality of public services at the Civil Service Agency and human resource development (BKPSDM) of Sungai Penuh City, while the population and sample in this study were 39 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression by performing a regression test, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of regional autonomy policies has a significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test where the value of t count> t table (3.404> 1.687), while the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of the regional autonomy policy as evidenced by Rsquare is 0.238 or (23.8%), while the remaining 76.2% is influenced by other variables.
