With the formulation of the problem whether the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on the quality of public services in the Kerinci district health office either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on the quality of public services in the Kerinci District Health Office. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the research method is to use multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research using this method it is known that leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the obtained f count of 37.409 and f table of 3.35 with a significance of 0.000, therefore f count> f table (37.409> 3.44) so ??the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0, 05). The conclusion of this research is that leadership style and job satisfaction together have a positive effect on the quality of public services in the Kerinci district health office.
