Abstract

ABSTRACT

Phenomenon, the services and facilities of Hotel Jaya Wisata Kota Sungai Penuh are not optimal. The problem in this research  is how to analyze the employee services and facilities provided to visitors at the Jaya Wisata Hotel, Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this research was to determine the analysis of employee services and facilities provided to visitors at Hotel Jaya Wisata Kota Sungai Penuh. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely examining an object of research by examining it as a whole and in depth . The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers described in the results and discussion of the research, it was known that the services and facilities at Hotel Jaya Sungai were not optimal, it is suggested that employees should try their best to serve customers excellently, without any reason.
