Title: The effect of Work Ethics on the performance of Gubung Raya sub-District office staff, Kerinci Regrency, Work Ethic is very directly related to Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence and magnitude of the Influence of Work Ethics on the Performance of Gunung Raya Subdistrict Office Staff in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted at the Gunung Raya sub-District office. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethnic on employee perfomance. The number of samples derermined was 22 respondents using Quantitatif methods. As the indepedent variable is Wrk Ethic, while the dependen variabel is Perfomance. The analysis used is a simple linier include, the coefficient of determination adn hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using a simple linear can be seen that the work ethic variable affects the performance of 0.872 it has a positive effect on performance, and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 63.8 percent of the variation of performance can be explained by the independent variables specified in this study and 36 , 2 percent is explained by other factors beyond this discussion. The partial hypothesis test results that the dependent variable on the independent variable have a significant effect using the t-test, The Effect of Work Ethic on Performance partially gets a sig value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and the value of t Calculate (5.937) is greater than the value of t Table (2.085). Then there is the influence of Work Ethic on the Performance of Employees of Gunung Raya Sub-District Head Office in Kerinci Regency as much as 63 .8%.
