Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance thrugh work discipline in the Bukit Kerman sub-Disrict Office, Kerinci Regency.The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique was distributed to all ASN employees in the Bukit Kerman sub-District Office, Kerinci Regency. The popullation of this study were all employees of the Bukit Kerman Sub-District, totaling 22 people. The entire popullation was used as the SPSS version 23 program. The analysis in this study includes the research instument test, classical assumption test, T tes, F test and path analysis.

The result of this research shows that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect to employee performance and work discipline, then work discipline also has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Besides, there is the indirect effect of organizational commitment to employee performance through work discipline.
