Respondents in this study where 20 ASN with the status of civil Servants. The analysis tools used in this research is were Simple Linear regression, Multiple Linear Regression and path Analysis, by performing regression tests. The results of the study show that : 1. Additional income improvement has no significant effect on morale, it is know that the profit is 1,373<2.101 with as significant level of o,186 (significance >5%). (X) against morale (Y). 2. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, it is know that the table is 2.4151734 with a significant level of 0,027 (significance <0,05%) so there is a significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Z) against Performance (Y). 3. Improvements in income and Job Satisfaction together have a positive effect on performance, thi is evidenced by the score of 80.422 and fabe 3,55 with a significant of 0,000 oleb because of that (80.422>3,55) than H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Significance is less than 0,05 (0,000 <0,05), so it can be abbreviated that additional repair pen income and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant impact on the Work Enthusiasm at the Head Office Depati Tujuh.4. Through path analysis and ren in this research shows that the Additional income improvement variable has a positive and significant effect on morale and job satisfaction as a mediator significance level :59%. For tubet at the level of significance 0,05 and df=20-2=18, Because tng is 2.883, it can be concluded that the mediation coefficient of 1.270302 is significant. Improvement in income to wards Work Morale at Kantor Camat Depati Tujuh.
