Employee performance is strongly influenced by the ability of employees who are supported by a good work environment, good relations or cooperation between components in the organization or agency, and leaders are required to be able to direct and approach employees in order to create harmony and conducive conditions and creation of good relations between employees in the work environment. Employee performance, is not an independent factor, but tends to be influenced by many factors. Qualitative research is a research that is used to reveal problems in the work life of government, private, community, youth, women, sports, arts and culture organizations, and others. So that it can be used as a policy to be implemented for the common welfare. Research results There is a significant influence between performance and work experience on employee work performance at the Kerinci Police. This is proven by Fcount ? Ftable (5,724 ? 2.68). 1,729. and Variable Work experience at the Kerinci Police has a significant influence on the variable employee work performance is also evidenced by tcount ? ttable, namely 2.157 ? 1.729. The magnitude of the influence of performance and work experience on the work performance of employees at the Kerinci Police is 38.09%, while the rest is 61.91%. The magnitude of the influence of performance on the performance of employees at the Kerinci Police is 27.02% of the variable contribution, while the remaining 72.98%. The magnitude of the influence of work experience on the work performance of the Kerinci Resort Police is 19.07% for the variable contribution, while the remaining 80.93%.
