Abstract

With the formulation of the problem, what is the role of local government in the selection of high-ranking paratama positions in the full river city bkpsdm skpd. And the purpose of this study is how the role of local government in the selection of high-ranking paratama positions in the bkpsdm skpd full river city. This research uses a qualitative approach, where the research method is using library research and field research. From the results of research using this method, it is known that the qualifications and levels of education have been determined. Job Training (Training) is carried out for prospective public officials in accordance with established regulations and according to the needs of SKPD and several types of job training. Analysis of the role of local government in high-ranking Pratama positions is that the competence of civil servants has been tested before being appointed as PNS. Analysis of the role of local governments in high-ranking Pratama positions is that in performance appraisal lies in discipline, teamwork, commitment, integrity of these employees, and service orientation carried out by civil servants.
