Abstract

Respondents in this study were the Village Head and Village Officials, BPD and community leaders in Kumun Mudik Village totaling 20 people. The analytical tools used in this research are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that: 1. Community participation has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, it is known that tcount <ttable is 1.373 <2.101 with a significant level of 0.186 (significance> 5%). Then there is an insignificant influence between Community Participation (X) on Organizational Commitment (Y). 2. Budget Adequacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, it is known that tcount> Ttable is 2.415> 2.101 with a significant level of 0.027 (significance <% 5%). Then there is a significant influence between Budget Adequacy (Z) on Organizational Commitment (Y). 3. Community Participation and Budget Adequacy together have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, this is evidenced by the value of fcount 80.422 and ftable 3.55 with a significance of 0.000 therefore fcount> f table (80.422> 3.55) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. With a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that Community Participation and Budget Adequacy together have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment in Kumun Mudik Village, Kumun Debai District. 4. Through Path Analysis and Test in this study, it shows that the Community Participation variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with Budget Adequacy as a mediator. Because tcount is 2.346 with a significance level of 5%. For t table at a significance level of 0.05 and df = n-k (20-2 = 18), the magnitude of the t table is 2.101. So tcount> ttable (2.346> 2.101), it can be concluded that the mediation coefficient of 1.0829 is significant. This means that Budget Adequacy can be a mediator in the influence of Community Participation on Organizational Commitment in Kumun Mudik Village, Kumun Debai District.
