The Responden of this research is all civil servants of the service general Hospital Major General H. A.Thalib Kerinci Regency which brought 20 people. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression by performing a Regression test. The result show that : 1. Function suvervisor has not significan effect on Performance it is know that tcount >tables is (1.373 <1.734) with a significant level of 0,186 (significance > 5%). Than there is an insignificant influence between Functional Supervision (X1) on Performance (Y). 2. Public Accountability has a positive and significant impact on Performance, it is know that Tubel is 2,415 >1,734 with a significant level of 0,027 (significance < 5%). Than there is a significant influence between Public Accountability (X2) on Performance (Y). 3. Functional Supervision of and Public accountability together have a positive effect on Performance, this is evedenced by the Fhitung value of 80.422 and Ftable 3,55 with a significance of 0,000 therefore Fcount > Ftable (80.422 > 3,55) then H0 is rejected and Ha Accepted. With a significant value smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), it can be ignored that Function Supervision and public accountability together have a positive and significant effect on performance in the service departement of the genetral hospital of mayjen H.A. Thalib Kerincu Regency.
