Informants in this study are those that are directly related to visits of Prime Service Culture Society (Case Study at RSU Mayjen HA Thalib Kerinci) are clerks and the people who get service at RSU Mayjen HA Thalib Kerinci. The research instrument is the researcher himself and collecting data through interviews and field observations.
