Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the SiagaPendis application in the disbursement of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher Certification Allowance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency in the Section of Islamic Education at the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency. Implementation of the SiagaPendis Application is an application that is used by Islamic Religious Education Teachers for certification allowances in order to make it easier for every Islamic Religious Education teacher to control and apply for accurate certification, and the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency easily determines whether or not the number of receiving teachers is appropriate. The research approach used is qualitative, the unit of analysis in this study is an individual. With a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews with Islamic Religious Education Teachers with various levels of education through direct surveys to obtain the necessary data on how to implement the SiagaPendis application in facilitating the process of disbursing the Islamic Religious Education Teacher Certification Allowance in the Religious Education Section Islam Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency.
