Analysis of Service Quality at Notary Irwan Damhuri, SH Office in Sungai Penuh City. With the Problem Formulation How is the Service Quality at the Irwan Damhuri, SH Notary Office in Sungai Penuh and what are the factors that influence the Service Quality at Irwan Damhuri, SH Notary Office in Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine Service Quality at the Notary Irwan Damhuri, SH Office in Sungai Penuh and to know the factors that influence the Service Quality at the Irwan Damhuri Notary Office, SH in Sungai Penuh City. This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through interviews at Notary Irwan Damhuri, SH, Sungai Penuh City to 3 informants and 1 key informant who then do data analysis with triangulation of data so that they can obtain accurate information. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of service that is appropriate and relevant to the notary office of Irwan Damhuri, SH has been done as desired. The quality of services available and affordable at the Damhuri, SH Notary Office, the services provided in accordance with the needs can be reached by all levels of society. The quality of service can also guarantee a sense of justice because all the rules given have been legally adjusted. Quality of service can be accepted by all members of the community because the work steps of the employees can be understood without any mistakes in carrying out the task. Economical and efficient is one of the steps taken by the Notary Public Office Irwan Damhuri because with good rates and ways of working it can facilitate in accordance with the affairs received from the public
