Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to influence the implementation of the supervisory function on work discipline with leadership style as an intervening variable at the Sitinjau Laut subdistrict office, Kerinci regency. The phenomenon found that there is a lack of work discipline in each employee, there are still many employees who come and go home not in accordance with the regulations, during the morning and evening roll calls, many employees do not participate, carry out tasks from their superiors not on time and when they are needed a lot employees who are not in the office, resulting in less quality and quantity of work. The research approach used is a quantitative approach using a population of 35 people. And the analytical tool used is the Pearson product moment correlation to find the influence and the determinant coefficient to find the magnitude of the effect.
