Abstract

Tittle: Analysis of the Employees Performance of Secretariat DPRD Sungai Penuh City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the purpose of the research is to find out the performance of the employees of Secretariat of DPRD Kota Sungai Penuh. The data of this study were obtained from in depth interviews and documentation with the related parties at the Secretariat DPRD Sungai Penuh City. The results of the research are as follow. To evaluate the performance of an organization, an indikator at this level is needed. The indicators used in this research on the performance of the Secretariat DPRD Sungai Penuh City are guided by indicators used to measure the performance of the bureaucracy of the organization, namely the productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability which aims to determine the extent where the work of the Secretariat of the people’s representative Council of Sungai Penuh City in carrying out their duties and functions.
