Information systems are an important factor in improving services as well as savings for hospitals. Computerized service information systems are the perfect solution to solve this problem. The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mayjen H.A Thalib, Kerinci Regency is one of the hospitals with the status of BLUD and continues to make efforts to improve both the quality of services and hospital facilities. RSUD Mayjen H.A Thalib, Kerinci Regency shows progress in providing health services to the people of Kerinci and Sungai Penuh in particular. The mission of RSUD Mayjen HA Thalib in Kerinci Regency, among others, is to provide promotional, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services to consumers in a fast, accurate, safe, and comfortable manner, this makes the information system play an important role in the Mayjen HA Thalib Regional Hospital, Kerinci Regency, especially in health services to the community. Based on the explanation above, this study aims to find out how the Health Service Information System in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mayjen H.A Thalib, Kerinci Regency. The Health Service Information System at RSUD Mayjen H.A Thalib, Kerinci Regency includes three activities, namely input, process and output, which in its implementation are influenced by driving and inhibiting factors, with the ultimate goal of using the health service information system properly and correctly. This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD Mayjen HA Thalib, Kerinci Regency with the consideration of the important role
of RSUD for public health. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely with an interactive analysis model consisting of three interrelated components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of this study it can be seen that the mechanism for the Health Service Information System of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mayjen HA Thalib, Kerinci Regency. with the reporting mechanism, namely the information generated from input data which is then processed and finally the resulting output will be reported or sent to the relevant agency. This is intended so that the information generated is also used as feedback as an evaluation material. aluasion or monitoring of the implementation of programs run by RSUD Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci Regency, so that later improvements will be made or improvements to the quality of existing health services. The suggestions that can be given by researchers are expected that the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mayjen H.A Thalib, Kerinci Regency is able to maintain or develop the use of Information Technology in the Health Service Information System for the people of Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh.
