Rehabilitation in this study is ASN with the status of sure 18 civil Servants. The analytical tool used in this research is Simple Linear regression, Multiple Linear Regression and path Analysis, by performing regression tests. The results of the study show that : 1. Organization Culture (X) has a positive and significant infact on ASN Performance in the Head Office of Air Hangat Timur as proven. With faito tab of 2,303>2,120 with a significant level of 0,036 signification <5%. 2. Organizational ommitment (Z) has a positive and significant infact on the Office of the head of Air Hangat Timur district. Is this proven that tubel is 2,897>2,120 with a significant level of 0,011 (significant <5%). 3. Organizational culture and Organizational ommitment together have a positive effect on performance, this is evidenced by the kuinune value of 40,541 and fubd 35,915 with a significance of 0,000 there fore by (40,541>35,915) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. With a significance value smaller than 0,05 (0,000 <0,05), it be concluded that “Organizational Culture and Organizational Comitment bot have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance at the Head Office of Air Hangat Timur. 4. Through Path Analysis and this study show that the cukture variable has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance with Organizational commitment as a mediator because thin is 4,267 with a significance level of 5%. For tubules at a significance level of 0,05 and df-nk (18-2=16) the size of the tubule is 2,120. So the tubule (4,267>2,120) it can be denied that the mediation coefficient of 0,722699 is significant, which means that organizational commitment can be a mediator in the influence of Organizational Culture and Performance ASN an the office of the head of east Air Hangat Timur.
