In addition, the data obtained in this study also came from the financial report data of the Pesisir Selatan Regency Government, the conclusion in this study were: The coefficients test or t test turned out to be the sig value, = 0.581 and ? = 0.05 then sig> ? so that Ho was accepted. and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between financial performance (X1) on economic growth, the Coefficients Test or the t-test, there is a sig = 0.605 and ? = 0.05 so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no significant influence between financial performance (X2 ) on economic growth (Y), from the ANOVA test or F test, it turns out that there is an F value of 0.433 with a significant level of 0.665 with a sig <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that together there is no significant influence between financial performance X1 and the allocation of capital expenditure X2 on economic growth Y, the partial coefficient can be seen from the influence of Variable X1 on Y of 0.213 which or 21.3% can be seen in the partial amount in table 3.7 there is no effect of Allocation of capital expenditure X2 on economic growth, the coefficient of determination multiple for the financial performance variables X1 and X2 can be seen in the value of R square, it can be obtained the influence of performance a financial X1 and the allocation of capital expenditure X2 to economic growth Y is 0.110 or 11%
