Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local revenue contribution to the Sungai Penuh Government Capital Expenditure years 2016-2019, with the formulation of the problem: (1) Is there any PAD Contribution to the 2016-2019 Sungai Penuh government capital expenditure? (2) How much is the contribution of Local Own Revenue to the capital expenditure of the Sungai Penuh City Government in 2016-2019? The results showed that the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Sungai Penuh City in 2016-2019 continued to increase from year to year while the 2016-2019 Sungai Penuh Government Capital Expenditure was volatile. This is in accordance with the results of the simple linear regression test which shows that PAD has a negative effect on capital expenditure during the period 2016-2019. Furthermore, based on the results of the t-test, it is known that the t count value is 3.692> t table 2.919 so that it can be interpreted that for the first hypothesis H0 is rejected and Hypothesis H1 is accepted with the conclusion that there is a significant contribution of PAD to the City Government Capital Expenditure of Sungai Penuh City in 2016 - 2019. variable PAD (X) on the performance of Capital Expenditure (Y) of Sungai Penuh City Government in 2016-2019 is 87,20%. The rest (100% - 87,20%. = 12.80%) was influenced by other variables outside the model which were not examined in this study.
