PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP KETIMPANGAN PEMBANGUNAN ANTAR WILAYAH DI KECAMATAN GUNUNG RAYA KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

The availability of infrastructure is one of the supporting factors for regional productivity. The existence of infrastructure such as roads and bridges will be able to open access for the community to carry out economic activities. The smoothness of land transportation is determined by the quality and quantity of the length of roads that connect one area to another. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of infrastructure on inequality in development between regions of Gunung Raya sub-district, Kerinci Regency. The type of this research is quantitative research, with data collection is carried out by documentation, namely collecting notes or data required. The results showed that t_table = 1.81246 and the value of t_count was 2.557, which means that t_count> t_table indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence between infrastructure and development inequality in Gunung Raya sub-district, Kerinci Regency. Based on the coefficient of determination for the infrastructure influence variable above, by looking at the value of R Square, it can be seen that the influence of infrastructure on development inequality is 0.395 or 39.5%. This shows that the effect of infrastructure on development inequality is 39.5% while the remaining 60.5% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
