Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of public services in making Police Notes at the Intelligence and Security Unit of the Police Resor Kerinci. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive  research. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in the study was 6 people, who were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the quality of service in making Police Notes at the Police Intelligence Unit in the Resor Kerinci was good but not optimal, this can be seen from the facilities and infrastr ucture, attention and responses from employees, employee discipline, and insufficient quantity of employees.
