ABSTRACT
Based on the results of research and discussion of work supervision and leadership on employee work discipline at the General Election Commission Office in Kerinci Regency, the following conclusions can be drawn:

F-table 2.52, or with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between supervision and leadership on employee work discipline in the office.
