Abstract

The existence of several
problems faced by soldiers as non-optimal performance due to the influence of globalization,
yet implementation Babinsa task because the human factor, the existence of deficiencies

study aimed to analyze the competence of non-commissioned officer in the field of knowledge,
skills and motivation in the implementation of territorial management tasks. As this study
used qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interview, observation and
documentation. With the results of this research were some efforts made to improve the
competence of Babinsa namely providing upgrading, optimizing training programs, training
non-commissioned officer who will participate in the selection secaba, watch commanders
and reward ang punishment, while the factors that affect the competence Babinsa the form of
knowledge and skills in the field of ability territorial and territorial attitude that must be
