Abstract

State Administration Study Program, Nusantara Sakti State Administrative College, 2020. The Process of Implementing Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants at the Office of the Air Warm Barat District of Kerinci Regency. This research took place in the Office of the Head of West Warm Water, Kerinci Regency with the formulation of the problem. The research objective was to determine the Implementation Process of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants in the Office of the Head of West Warm Water, Kerinci Regency. This study used a qualitative approach where data were obtained from free field interviews with 5 informants. From the research results, it is known that basically the Civil Servants at the Office of the Head of West Warm Water District of Kerinci Regency in improving Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 have done what they should so that the improvement of discipline is well directed. The conclusion of the study is that the Civil Servants have carried out their duties as public servants and public servants by having the ability to comply with obligations and avoid the prohibitions specified in legislation and official regulations which if not obeyed or violated are disciplined. With a target for the welfare of Civil Servants.
