Abstract

This study took the location of the Kerinci Seblat National Park Center with the formulation of the research problem whether there was an effect of supervision on improving employee work discipline at the Kerinci Seblat National Park Center. How big is the effect of supervision on increasing the discipline of employees at the Kerinci Seblat National Park Center. Research objectives are the effect of supervision on increasing employee work discipline at the Kerinci Seblat National Park Center. This research uses a quantitative approach, the a population is 62 civil servants at the Kerinci Seblat National Park. From the research results, it is known that there is a positive influence between the supervision of work discipline at the Kerinci Seblat National Park Center. The magnitude of the influence between supervision on work discipline at the Kerinci Seblat National Park is 59.0%, while the remaining 41.0% can be explained by other causes outside the research variables. The effect of Supervision on Work Discipline at the Balai Besar Kerinci Seblat National Park has a significant effect. This is evidenced by the t test with the results of t-count> t-table (2.432> 1.670).
