With the formulation of the problem whether bureaucratic behavior has a significant effect on ASN performance through the organizational commitment of employees at the Sungai Penuh sub-district office either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bureaucratic behavior has a significant effect on ASN performance through employee organizational commitment at the Sungai Penuh sub-district office. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the research method is using Path Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of research using this method, it is known that Bureaucratic Behavior and Organizational Commitment both have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. And there is an indirect effect of bureaucratic behavior on ASN performance through organizational commitment as evidenced by the sobel test results of 2,352> 1.98. The conclusion of this research is that Bureaucratic Behavior and Organizational Commitment together have a positive effect on the performance of ASN at the Sungai Penuh District Office.
