Abstract

Nusantara Sakti College Of Administration Sciene (STIA-NUSA). The purpose of this study was to determine the management system and efforts to overcome waste in Sungai Penuh City. Based on the research objectives, the research approach is qualitative. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using a sampling technique. The informant selection technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Informants in this study were the Head of Sub-Department of Waste and B3 Waste of the BLH Service, the Final Disposal Officer (TPA), Temporary Disposal Officer (TPS), Village Solid Waste Officer, and Sungai Penuh City Community. In this study the data collected was processed using qualitative data analysis techniques by the Miles and Huberman models.
