Abstract

This study aims to find out how the placement of employees in the Sungai Tutung Health Center, Subdistrict of Air Warm Timur, This type of research is a qualitative research and data collection techniques in this study using interview and observation methods, where interviews are conducted with 10 informants who are employees Sungai Tutung Health Center.

The findings of the research show that overall the analysis of the placement of the Sungai Tutung Public Health Center in the Air Warm Timur District can be categorized very well. Implementation of good employee placement in accordance with applicable regulations, produces employees who are competent in their fields and can work very well.
