This research aims to know the influence of significant budgetary goal characteristics influential partially against the performance of local government officials in BPKPD County of kerinci. Sampling technique in this reseach is purpose sampling. Samples taken in this research are as many as 25 people county of kerinci . Instrument in this study have passed the stage of test validity and reliability tests. The collection of data using a detailed questionnaire and documentation, while data analysis using simple regression analysis t Test, and a test of determination. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis regression equations to simple linear obtained: Y = 16.529 + 0, 559X. The results of the data analysis showed the partially positive budgetary goal characteristics influential and significantly to the performance of local government authorities with a value of 0.05 t sig (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the data analysis showed the great influence of the characteristics of the purpose of a budget on performance of local government authorities partially of 81.4% 18.6% while the rest is affected by other variables.
