Abstract

Health problems are important for every citizen. The state is responsible for meeting the needs of the right to healthy life for every citizen. The purpose of this study was to determine the innovation of public services in the field of Home Care-based health in the Rawang Community Health Center. The research method uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach, namely the method of solving problems that is investigated by describing the state of the institution that is running the system at the present time based on visible facts or as it is with interview techniques and document study. The informants in this study were employees of the Rawang Health Center Home Care team and the Rawang Community. The results of this study are the needs of home health nursing services according to the patient's needs have been met properly. The basic needs for patients in bio-psycho-socio-spiritual have been well fulfilled. Providing fulfillment of basic needs for patients can have a good psychological impact that can help in the healing process. In increasing the independence of patients and families in the care and care of family members who have health problems, this can be seen from the good response by the community to services provided by the home care team in providing information about the patient's health condition and also how to carry out health care. at home.
