Abstract

This Research aim to do study about with Environmental Influence To Performance Member Set Of Police of District Public Service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City. Method Research weared by is quantitative descriptive method. Responder In this Research come from Member Set Of Police of  District Public Service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City. As For Member Set Of Police of District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City is 40 people. Research instrument is researcher alone and data collecting through kuisioner, field observation and interview. Technique analyse data in this research use Scale analyzer of likers and use Correlation of Produck Moment Environmental which include cover consist of Clunk indicator, Security, Room move and Hygiene. Performance of Quality, Quantity, Timeliness and of Cost Effective. environmental influence to member performance Set Of Police of District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City, in general can be told environmental influence to member performance Set Of Police of Pamong District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City have low influence, Performance Member Set Of Police of Pamong District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City have influence with Environment of sedangakan 94,24 % having other influence which is writer do not discuss in this writing. As for writer suggestion Able to give Pursuant to result of assessment in field concerning Environmental Influence To Performance Member Set Of Police of District public service Sub-Province of Sungai PenuhCity, following some suggestion which in expecting can become alternative in assisting to solve problem is to Head Set Of Police District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City better pay attention member performance storey, level Set Of Police District public service Sub-Province of Sungai Penuh City which in this time lower.
