Abstract

This research discusses the use and administration of regional property in Sungai Penuh City Government. Usage activities include movable and immovable property, then administrative activities consist of the process of bookkeeping, inventory and reporting of regional property. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the use and administration of regional property in Sungai Penuh City Government. This study uses a descriptive study method with a qualitative approach. The sample in this study were informants, namely people who are considered to know about the management of regional property at the Regional Finance Agency Office of Sungai Penuh City. The informants in this study were the Head of the Assets Division, the Head of the Planning and Evaluation Subdivision, the Head of the Administration and Elimination, the Asset Staff and Employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is literature study, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the use of regional property at the Regional Financial Agency for Sungai Penuh City was running well and was in accordance with Permendagri No.17 of 2007, as evidenced by the flow of use and existing data regarding the use of regional property. Then in the implementation of the administration of regional property at the Regional Finance Agency for Sungai Penuh City, it has also been running well and is in accordance with Permendagri No.17 of 2007, which is proven by data. The process of administering the property belonging to the area uses the SIMDA-BMD Kota Sungai Penuh application which consists of a process of bookkeeping, inventory and reporting of regional property.
